I reviewed this with Michael Hansen and the redline reflects what he says was quoted. To be clear, the $5,548 is a first year labor only quote (since parts are included in the warranty). This means that anything breaks they send out a technician to fix it at no additional cost for parts or labor. This is what Toledo purchased. If maintenance is desired in the second year, it is parts and labor and is $9,400 (10% of purchase rather than 5% of purchase price).
