I reviewed this with Michael Hansen and the redline reflects what he says was quoted. To be clear, the $5,548 is a first year labor only quote (since parts are included in the warranty). This means that anything breaks they send out a technician to fix it at no additional cost for parts or labor. This is what Toledo purchased. If maintenance is desired in the second year, it is parts and labor and is $9,400 (10% of purchase rather than 5% of purchase price). He said there was much discussion on this and he thought it was clear.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black">This agreement is acceptable to i2S, IIRI, and Kirtas. We have been holding the equipment for shipment and I would like to proceed with scheduling shipment if you are able.
