Now that the Working Groups have been established, the Steering Committee co-chairs and the consultants have some specific things we would like you to do:<br>
<br>
1) Please make one of your first group tasks a review of your charge -- the charges won't be finalized until the groups have had a chance to review and make suggestions. The current draft of the charges is attached.<br>
<br>
2) Please make another of your first group tasks development of a general schedule of work that you plan to undertake between now and February.<br>
<br>
3) Please share with this list (<a href="mailto:dplasteering@lists.oplin.org">dplasteering@lists.oplin.org</a>) information about any meetings, calls, etc. your group has scheduled.<br>
<br>
4) Please put a reminder on your calendar to post status updates to this list at least once a month.<br>
