We've been obtaining this from new contributors for the past few years. It specifically indicates that we are sharing metadata with DPLA, and also making the metadata available under a CC0 dedication.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>In the past, we had contributors complete an agreement that didn't specifically call out DPLA, but we felt that it gave us sufficient latitude to share factual metadata with DPLA.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>As part of the process of launching as a DPLA Content Hub, we notified all of our contributors via e-mail campaigns, to apprise them of our plans and information about the process and considerations related to sharing metadata with DPLA.
