[SOA] Upcoming SOA Council meeting

SOA Council will be meeting  on August 28th.  The primary topics of the
meeting will be the Fall Program, Archives Month, and the ongoing work
on the potential contract with OHS.

If you have any topics for Council to discuss, please contact me or a
Council member.
