[SOA] Obituary for David Charles Levine, former Ohio State Archivist

I was not sure if this had registered with local folks who saw the
obituary, which did not mention career details.  Prior to working at
OHS, David Levine was in the local government records program at the
Texas State Archives and at the King Center in Atlanta.  After leaving
OHS, David earned a law degree and became a partner with Baker and
Hostetler.
