[SOA] Ohio Archives Passport Update Link Correction

It appears that the direct to the Ohio Archives Passport did not work, my
apologies. If you go to the main SOA page, http://www.ohioarchivists.org/
and look on the right, the passport is linked there as a direct download of
the PDF.
