First Amendment Foundation. The session will be moderated by Geneva
Overholser, who holds an endowed chair in the Missouri School of
Journalism's Washington program.<BR><BR>Local panelists are Doug
Clifton, editor of <I>The Plain Dealer</I>, Cleveland; Raimund
Goerler, University Archivist, The Ohio State University; and David
Marburger partner, Baker & Hostetler, Cleveland. The panel will
