<P ALIGN=LEFT><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">The Ohio Historical Records Advisory Board (OHRAB) is pleased to announce that the National Historical Publications and Records Commission (NHPRC), the grant-making arm of the National Archives and Records Administration, has recently posted several new and revised grant opportunities. OHRAB encourages Ohio's historical records repositories to pursue federal grants that identify, preserve, increase access to, and promote the use of historical records and documentary sources.</FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"> </SPAN></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><SPAN LANG="en-us"><B><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">The application deadline for all of these grants is October 1, 2007. </FONT></B></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"> <FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Please note that several of these represent new grant categories. In addition, please note that applicants should always use the NHPRC website (not previously issued guidelines or booklets) to find current grant program offerings, application instructions, and guidelines.
