groups with records or work that interests Ohio and could benefit us.
It would be nice to partner with the regional or topical groups (MAC or
NAGARA come to mind) for the purpose of continuing education, for
example.</SPAN></DIV>

<DIV><SPAN class=750503313-16062009>I also agree with Jane's earlier point that
we need to define Goal I's endowment. What will it's use be? In any
economic times people are less likely to contribute if they are unsure of the
purpose of something, so I would assume that right now people would be more
discerning. Are we going to offer scholarships, programs with this money or
what? We should at least know the purpose ourselves.</SPAN></DIV>

<DIV>Greetings.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>I'd like to suggest that Goal 4, Obj A, be slightly revised to say
something along the lines of, "Collaborate with allied groups at the local,
regional, and national level." We here at the National Archives in
Chicago hold several thousand cubic feet of records created by federal
agencies in Ohio from 1800 to the recent past. </DIV>
