Conference to be held on June 1, 2016 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Papers of all kinds relating to all aspects of the history of the American Midwest are welcome, but the
<b><u>conference organizers are especially interested in papers that explore the distinctiveness of the Midwest and the future and potential shape of the field of Midwestern history. </u></b><o:p></o:p></span></p>
