<p class="MsoNormal">POSITION DESCRIPTION Working under occasional supervision, the Library Assistant 5 will perform advanced tasks and oversee a variety of administrative procedures coordinating services offered in the Hatch Reading Room for special collections
and ensuring the security and preservation of the library's unique materials. The Library Assistant will support other department operations, including archival processing, and will supervise student workers. This is a two-year, term position supporting the
operations of Kelvin Smith Library’s special collections unit during a major archival processing project. <o:p></o:p></p>
