<p style="margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify">During our initial phase of the Strategic Planning process, Council has determined that we need to create a Strategic Planning Committee. The Strategic Planning Committee will ensure that the process
continues in a timely fashion and will provide continuity across election cycles. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p style="margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p style="margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify"><span style="color:black">The Strategic Planning Committee will work with Council and will be responsible for SOA’s mission and long-term vision and development. Membership will consist of the President,
Past-President, two committee chairs, and two at-large members.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif;color:black">Council is seeking two members, who have strategic planning experience at either the institutional or organizational level and are willing to serve as an at-large
member of the committee. Committee m</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">embers will serve a two-year term. The committee will meet quarterly, with at least two of those meetings being in-person.
