<p><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">The 2019 Program Committee for <em><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">ARCHIVES*RECORDS 2019: TRANSFORMATIVE!</span></em> invites you to submit proposals for Pop-Up and Working Group sessions at the Joint
Annual Meeting in Austin, Texas, July 31 - August 6. <strong><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Pop-Up sessions</span></strong> enliven the conference program by focusing on ideas and content that may have "popped up" since November 2018 (when initial
proposals were due). <em><b><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">New this year:</span></b></em> The Program Committee also invites proposals for <strong><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Working Group sessions</span></strong>, which we
hope will help to facilitate intentional conversations around topics that require more focused discussion directed to specific deliverables or actionable items. We strongly encourage experimentation for Pop-Ups and Working Groups and ask you to think creatively
to engage and challenge participants, prompting them to consider possibilities and new directions-even if it means jumping out of their comfort zones.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p style="margin-bottom:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">In crafting your proposals, we encourage you to consider the theme of the Joint Annual Meeting (<em><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">TRANSFORMATIVE!</span></em>). In describing
