</div>
<div>The purpose of this survey is to explore the use of digital collections created by Ohio institutions for the calendar year 2018 and, optionally, 2017. In doing so, the survey looks to provide a base for assessing the access and use of collections. The
survey's goal is to provide a snapshot of digital collection usage and is not intended to be comprehensive.<br>
</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>Please pass this survey on to anyone working in developing digital collections for libraries, museums, and archives in Ohio. In this survey, we’ll ask questions that involve your digital collections’ analytics. In order to answer accurately, you will need
to have access to that data set.<br>
</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>All submissions are anonymous, but a report based on these numbers will be presented at OLC's 2019 Convention and Expo (September 25, 2019 – September 27, 2019, Cincinnati). The report will also be presented to the Ohio Digitization Interest Group at a
future date to be determined. By submitting a response you consent to the use of data you contribute as part of any future reports that may be published or presented.<br>
</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>This project is a continuation of a project that took place from 2015 to to 2017. Data from those surveys, which covered the years from 2014 to 2016, will be incorporated into this project to provide the fullest picture possible. Reports from those surveys
can be accessed at https://ohiodig.org/assessment.<br>
</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>Thank you for your contribution! Your answers will help institutions across Ohio advocate within their organizations for digital collections and to provide a better environment for assessment.<br>

<div>Specific instructions for Google Analytics are provided. If you are uncertain about what to do in Google Analytics, please contact Adam Wanter. A phone call can be scheduled to help walk you through the steps to fill out the survey; it shouldn't take more
than 10-15 minutes. Adam's contact email is awanter@midpointelibrary.org. Please feel free to contact Adam with any other questions as well.<br>
