Historical Publications and Records Commission to fund a fellowship opportunity for three students to document manumission records in the following counties: Adams, Brown, Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Fayette, Hamilton, Highland, Madison, Pike, Scioto and Warren.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

are, this is a great opportunity to gain practical experience while preserving and providing access to historically significant records.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
