<p><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">The <strong><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Museum of Mountain Dulcimer and Appalachian School of Luthiery</span></strong> was awarded $5,000 to aid in the restoration of repository functionality
and clean-up of artifacts and records significantly damaged by the flash flood.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">The <strong><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Appalshop Archive</span></strong> was awarded $5,000 to cover costs of transportation of records to new facilities to assist with their restoration and
preservation after incurring flood damage.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">The <strong><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">National Disaster Recovery Fund for Archives</span></strong> was established by SAA and the Society of Southwest Archivists to provide grants to repositories
throughout the U.S., regardless of region or repository type. <b>Grants of up to $5,000 are available at any time to help with immediate disaster recovery needs.</b><o:p></o:p></span></p>
