<p class="MsoNormal">Salary of $60,000-$70,000, dependent on the candidate's experience <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The successful candidate for Records Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing the University of Cincinnati Records Management Program, appraisal and processing of university archives-related collections, and reference and
outreach. The individual in this position is responsible for the ongoing development, implementation, and management of a comprehensive, campus-wide, records management program according to best practices. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The successful candidate for Digital Archivist will be responsible for developing and implementing digital workflows including, but not limited to, born-digital archives, the digitization of existing analog materials, and the digital preservation
of established electronic records. Additionally, the Digital Archivist will coordinate and provide technological support for ARB staff including the ARB website, discovery of digital content, and maintenance of digital collections and exhibitions. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">These positions are covered by AAUP UC’s collective bargaining agreement. UC faculty librarians have access to annual funding to support conference attendance and professional development needs. <o:p></o:p></p>
