<p><strong><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Claire Winfield</span></strong><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"> is a painting conservator and Head of Growth at Conserv, an environmental monitoring platform focused on the unique needs of
 collections. Prior to joining Conserv, Claire spearheaded light monitoring efforts at the Saint Louis Art Museum with a focus on a newly-built, daylit wing for special exhibition and permanent galleries. Her work included evaluating projections from lighting
 designers, establishing light monitoring protocols and the use of cumulative exposure models for recordkeeping and evaluation, incorporating cumulative models into the museum's CMS, and recommending building and protocol modifications to support preservation
 efforts. Claire has over 10 years of benchwork conservation experience from private practice, regional center, and museums including the Art Institute of Chicago and the Smithsonian American Art Museum. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><strong><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Brandon Werts</span></strong><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"> joined the team at HAI with excitement for hands-on archival processing. With a background in non-profit archives
 he has a vested interest in problem solving to find solutions that fit client needs, goals, and constraints. At HAI, Brandon has worked with non-profit organizations, institutions of higher education, law firms, churches, government officials, city government
 entities, libraries, and more. These projects have included assessment reports, processing and cataloging manuals, collections processing, collections management plans, governance documents, digitized collections, and digital exhibitions. Brandon's experience
 managing teams on such a wide variety of projects led to an interest in people management and building client relationships, which have become some of his key contributions as assistant director of HAI's Archives and Information Management Services division.

 and electronic records. At HAI, she works closely with clients to assess, organize, and safeguard archival collections, ensuring they remain accessible for future generations. Through strategic planning and thoughtful conversation, she helps organizations
 develop sustainable preservation practices tailored to their unique materials and institutional goals. Megan holds a Master of Library Science and a Master of Arts in History from the University of Maryland, along with degrees in History and Museum Studies
