and is hosted at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia, for the years 2024-2026. Consisting of a week-long, in-person experience followed by quarterly virtual gatherings, ALI seeks to build the capacity of mid-career archivists as leaders
both in their own institutions and in the archives field. Over the course of a year, members of the cohort will undertake a project that they will create and that will explore some aspect of the profession.<o:p></o:p></span></span></p>
