<p>In this week’s <em>OPLIN 4cast Podcast</em>, we talk about the <strong>Children’s
Internet Protection Act (CIPA)</strong> and <strong>E-Rate</strong>.
There seems to be a general misconception among libraries that they
must have a filter and be CIPA-compliant before they can apply for
E-Rate discounts, which is not quite correct. Listen as we try to
