A YEAR IN CHILDREN'S BOOKS!

Learn about the most talked about children's books of 2003! Dr. Carolyn S.
Brodie will share the best in picture books, fiction, nonfiction, poetry and
folklore for the past year.

Discussion will additionally focus on selecting the best in literature,
using materials in the library setting and helpful readers' advisory Web
sites. Individuals will discuss major children's book contenders for the
2004 children's book awards, including the Caldecott, Newbery, Siebert and
Coretta Scott King.
