Managing Difficult Conversations
Wednesday, November 5
Based on Harvard's Program on Negotiation, this workshop will help you 
handle all of those conversations you dread and avoid.  Learn new 
strategies to make every conversation productive and balanced.

Libraries Connect Databases
Thursday, November 6
Start using some new databases!  OPLIN's Don Yarmin will highlight the six 
databases made available this summer through Libraries Connect (OPLIN, 
InfOHIO, OHIOLink, and SLO):  AMICO, Annals of American History, 
ACCESSONLINE, Oxford Reference Online, Newsbank, and Chadwyck-Healey.

Internet for the Youngest Cybersurfers

Since computers are commonplace in many homes, even the youngest members of 
the household want to use them.  Find out how you can assist parents in 
assessing a child's readiness to use a computer and be able to offer 
suggested web sites that are age appropriate.

Mastering Access:  Application Design    New Eclassroom Workshop!
Tuesday, November 18
If you know Access, this workshop puts it all together with design 
application.  This course teaches the designer how to create an automated 
application complete with user defined menus and screens. Participants will 
learn more about macros, the creation of message boxes, command buttons, 
application screens, how to repair damaged data sets and much more.

Exel:  Data Management   New Eclassroom Workshop!
Tuesday, November 25
Take your spreadsheet skills to the next level by learning Excel's list 
management functions, advanced mathematics, and automation techniques.
