Hello everyone!
The staff of the Paulding County Carnegie Library cordially invite the =
Ohio library community to the dedication of our Ohio Bicentennial =
Historic marker designating the library as the First "County" Library =
Funded by Andrew Carnegie. The event will be held on Thursday, =
September 18, 2003 at 1:00 p.m. =20
The following day launches our county's premier fall event. The Flat =
Rock Creek Fall Festival, a steam engine and fall extravaganza featuring =
the casting of Paulding County's Bicentennial Bell will be held from =
Friday, September 19 - Sunday, September 21. Food, entertainment, =
crafts, steam engines, draft horse championship pulls, old time =
demonstrations, crafters, flea markets, etc. will fill the Paulding =
County Fairgrounds. Hope to see you in NW Ohio next weekend!=20
