Ohio Valley Area Libraries (OVAL) Regional Library System invites you to

HOW TO BUILD A BETTER TEAM
Presented by: Dr. DeeAnn Gehlauf, Business Consultant & Professional

Fees: $25 to MOLO/OVAL/SOLO members; $50 non-members
This hands-on workshop is designed for managers who want to walk away with
specific skills that will help them create a better team atmosphere in the
workplace. This includes defining teamwork standards, examining critical
team communication skills such as listening and giving feedback, and
understanding team roles. This workshop will also give participants tolls to
teach employees how to keep people form pushing their buttons, how to
individually and collectively choose the attitude they want to portray, and
how to remove barriers to creative and innovative thinking. The all-day
workshop will be facilitated by Dr. DeAnn Gehlauf, who has over 10 years of
consulting experience.
About our presenter: One of Dr. DeeAnn Gehlauf’s most sought after talents
is in the area of training and development where she custom designs the
curriculum to meet unique needs. In addition, her enthusiasm, humor, and
knowledge of adult learning principles have resulted in excellent
