[OPLINLIST] Revenue for Libraries

Hello All,
I am looking for libraries who participate in an
affiliation or associates program with the online book
stores, Barnes and Noble or amazon.com

What I need to know is: exactly how does this program
work for you? Does somebody in the library "manage" it
or does it run through a Friends group or Library
Foundation? And finally, what kind of revenue do you
get from this participation?
