Tom Lianez is the President of Groupo Uno Consulting and Training and
specializes in diversity and management training for some of the biggest
companies in the area. Lianez has lectured to libraries in Ohio on a number
of topics and has presented at several state conferences. He shares his
decade of experience in management and training in a humorous and
entertaining fashion that has made him a repeat presenter for libraries,
businesses and state agencies throughout Ohio. His real world approach to
management is refreshing and most of all useful to new and experienced
managers.

Tom's presentation will run from 10:00 - 1:00.  Following lunch the SOLO
"New Name Pending" Committee will meet from 2:00 - 4:00.  Chairperson Stacy
Anderson will lead the group in a discussion of a name change and listserv
name change.  Bring your ideas!  We are expanding the scope of this
committee to reflect all public services.
