Good afternoon:
Audio books are very popular at our library. We purchase titles from =
several different vendors but lately I have seen that several vendors =
are listing cassette, compact disc, and mp3 cd formats. The mp3 cd =
format appears to use fewer discs and the price is lower. We have not =
had patrons ask for this format yet but I am curious if other libraries =
are offering the format. If you are did you decide based on patron =
demand? What issues or problems have you run into with the format?=20
A second question pertains to audio books in the cassette format. =
Are you still purchasing titles on cassette?
