The State Library 2003 annual report is now available online at:

In a cost-saving move, a limited number of annual reports have been printed
and one copy each is being mailed to Ohio libraries and library
associations, as well as the legislature and state government.

The annual report includes grants awarded as well as the State Library's
budget and expenditures.
