choose to provide "world-class" service? This workshop will examine the 
behaviors needed to provide outstanding service. These behaviors begin 
within individuals, then within organizations, as employees meet the 
needs of each other, then extend these behaviors to the outside customers.

The presentation will be interactive, with just the right dose of humor. 
We will also watch a few movie clips to help emphasize some key points.
