Medina County District Library is proud to welcome author Karen Harper
and illustrator Chuck Ayers to our Writers Live luncheon on Thurs. April
28, 2005, 11:45 to 2:30 pm.

Harper is a New York Times and USA Today bestselling writer of
historical and contemporary suspense and mystery.

Ayers, illustrator and cartoonist, is a native of Akron.  He is best
known for his "Crankshaft" comic strip, which he creates with fellow
Kent State graduate, Tom Batiuk.

"Writers Live" programs are put on by Medina County District Library to
help bring authors to the public via an inexpensive format.  The
luncheon is $15, which covers the cost of the lunch. The public is
welcome to attend the speaking part of the program only, without lunch,
