Member Services Representative

 

OHIONET, a nonprofit multitype library network with members in Ohio,
Pennsylvania, and West Virginia, seeks a Member Services Representative
to provide member support of OHIONET products and services.  

 

Qualifications: ALA-accredited MLS or equivalent experience; working
knowledge of and experience with cataloging and resource sharing
systems, library operations and workflow processes; OCLC product
experience a plus; ability to develop and present workshops and
informational sessions; three years recent experience in a library
setting or with a library vendor; excellent oral and written
communication skills.  Travel to libraries required.

 

Salary:  Commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Excellent
benefits include 20 vacation days, 11 holidays, 12 days sick leave,
TIAA-CREF retirement plan.  Interested applicants should send a letter
