To all those who participate in cargo packing,

Please remember to use bubble wrap around videos, dvds, cassettes, etc.
when packing.  We have recently received several items in cargo that have
not been wrapped properly and the cases are getting damaged.  Please be
advised that regardless if an envelope has bubble wrap inside that it
doesn't necessarily protect the item inside, so be sure to use bubble wrap
even when using envelopes.
