[OPLINLIST] WT Cox Subscription Service

We are thinking of using WT Cox Subscriptions as our periodical 
subscription service.  Does anyone have any experience (good, bad or 
otherwise) with their service?  I would be particularly interested in 
hearing from anyone who has dealt with one of their customer service 
representatives on a regular basis.
