The Board of Trustees of Wright Memorial Public Library, in Dayton =
(Oakwood), Ohio, is seeking a qualified individual to serve as =
Clerk-Treasurer. As the chief financial officer of the library, the =
Clerk-Treasurer reports directly to the board. The Clerk-Treasurer =
ensures that all financial operations comply with federal laws, the =
statutes of the State of Ohio, state auditing requirements, sound fiscal =
practices and policies, and decisions of the Board of Trustees. =20

Qualifications: Experienced professional in accounting and business =
administration. Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred; however, any =
equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the =
