Our library is working on revising our current library card application =
form. If anyone has a form they actually like, I would be interested in =
looking at it. We have changed our policy so that patrons who have =
materials on reserve may have them picked up by another person, as long =
as that person has the patron's library card. I would like to see a =
form that puts emphasis on the fact that the patron is responsible for =
any materials checked out on their card. You may either send me your =
application as an attachment, or you can send it via Cargo to my =
attention.
