Telephone service to the OPLIN office has been restored.  A phone line 
had been severed in our area.

Thank you to everyone who used the OPLIN Self Serve web page to report 
requests for service during the phone outage.  If you have not used this 
service and are interested in logging your tickets this way, please call 
the OPLIN Support Center for your username and password.  It's quick, 
it's easy and it's a great way to monitor the status of your tickets!
