[OPLINLIST] OPLIN Lists Will Be Unavailable on November 11

On Friday, November 11, the OPLIN mail server will be offline during a
migration to new hardware.  Until the new server is up and running,
there will be a delay in delivering messages to oplin.org e-mail
accounts, and the OPLIN-hosted electronic distribution lists
(OPLINLIST, OPLINTECH, etc.) will also be down.  We expect services to
be restored by end of business Friday, but process failures could
leave the OPLIN mail server offline until Monday.
