Would like to know what policies are out there in libraries concerning pay
raises especially dealing with cost of living and merit.  Does anyone do
both at the same time?  How do you figure merit if you do it.

Whether you have policies in place for merit, a little debate on cost of
living vs merit would be helpful too.

Will share with the list.
