Are you interested in innovative ways to provide reference services?
Join your fellow reference gurus for a lively discussion on reference
services. Some of the questions to be discussed include:
--Do you need a reference desk?
--How can you manage multiple service areas (phone, email, chat,
in-person) with a small staff?
--How can you meet the needs of your users?
--How can you assess your reference services?
We hope this discussion will lead to the re-birth of the Reference
Services Interest Group within GCLC.
