With 20 years of experience, knowledge, and developed skills to her
credit, Linda formed L. McCord & Associates to work with businesses to
create high performing organizations. An experienced facilitator,
presenter and public speaker, Linda is described as a "straight shooter"
who is results-oriented with a passion for her work. Linda has presented
workshops at library conferences and events across the State of Ohio.
She understands the needs of libraries and how teams operate within the
library environment.
Description
The workshop will begin by exploring the three types of teams that exist
in an organization and defining the leader's role. Several models for
successful teams will be described along with the stages of team
development. The role of the team leader will be especially highlighted.
This workshop will be useful to team members, team leaders, and managers
who want to develop better teams in their organization.
