[OPLINLIST] Cardinal Circle

I've received several e-mails wanting to know what Cardinal Circle is.
It is a program for Children's Librarians mainly from the southwestern
part of Ohio, that is presented each fall to discuss program/craft ideas
and other concerns of library service to children.  There is no actual
membership, just attendees.  Anyone is welcome to attend.  It is very
much like CLEO (Children's Librarians of Eastern Ohio.)
