Preservation of Non-Print Materials in Libraries, Archives, and

March 7, 2006

data for evaluating the academic library. Learn how to incorporate
performance indicators and outcomes assessment measures for assessing
the impact of librarians and libraries on student learning. A copy of
Standards and Assessment for Academic Libraries: A Workbook, published

Practical Excel Skills for Librarians
March 17, 2006
Instructor: Gail Junion-Metz

Excel. Not only will you learn new, non-numerical ways to use Excel, but
you will have a chance for hands-on practice. The morning will cover
basic Excel skills, and the afternoon will concentrate on intermediate
skills for those who've played around with Excel before. Come see what
you can do with Excel besides adding up columns of numbers!
