Microsoft Word Basics ~ the first in a series of Microsoft workshops
Presented by:  John Paul, Winsoft Computer Education
--In this class you will learn the fundamental techniques for good word
processing, utilizing both mouse and keyboard techniques. There is a strong
emphasis on font and paragraph formatting, text editing, selection
techniques, and tab creation. In addition, the student will learn how to
reveal the format codes affecting document text. The class will wrap up with
a full discussion on printing.
Enrollment limit: 12

Paws, Claws, Scales and Tales Summer Reading Workshop

Location:  CUMC Family Life Center, Jackson, Ohio

Hostess:  Marion Cochran, Animal Control Officer
--We all love our pets - and this year's theme promises to be warm and fuzzy
and cool and scaly! Join us for a paw-some day filled with doggone good fun.
You will return to your library with a petpourri of projects and ideas to
help you curl up with a successful summer reading program. Morning treats
and beast feast for lunch . . . hot diggety dog - it'll be the cat's meow!
