      Description

Roving reference, "just in time" collection development, cross-training, 
staff intranet and more of the latest developments at the Westerville 
Public Library will be the focus of this workshop. Join Karen Albury, 
the deputy director of WPL, who will share the reasons behind the 
changes-concepts that can be applied to any library. Find out what it 
means to "take ownership of a customer" or to be a "destination place." 
Learn how staff members participate in the planning and implementation 
of innovations.

NOTE: The content of this workshop is of general interest and suitable 
for all library staff.
