LIBRARY DIRECTOR

The Board of Trustees of the Kate Love Simpson Morgan County Library seeks a creative, enthusiastic, community oriented professional to fill the position of Director.  The successful candidate will understand the dynamics of a small rural library system, be a team player, be comfortable with technology, and have the skill and ability to initiate a variety of quality programs and services for the citizens of Morgan County.  Qualifications:  Administrative experience and an MLS from an ALA accredited school preferred.  Public Library customer service experience with an emphasis on programming and collection development required.  Salary range $50,000 - $60,000 dependent upon qualifications and experience.
