State Library of Ohio lifts MORE moratorium on new members 
   
  Over the past two months, the State Library has had a moratorium on the addition of new libraries to the MORE resource sharing system. During this time, Angela Thomas, the MORE project leader, has been concentrating on improving the existing system with our vendor Fretwell Downing in two specific areas -- use of NCIP and improved search/ROTA building for AV materials.  Angela also has been training one of our staff to assist her in the addition and maintenance of the library profiles. Rebecca Hanshaw will join the MORE team on June 1, 2006 and assist Angela in many aspects of the MORE project. 
   
  We feel that with the progress of improving MORE and the addition of another staff member, we can now lift the moratorium and open the system to new members. Please contact Angela Thomas at athomas at sloma.state.oh.us to get additional information on joining MORE.
