[OPLINLIST] Children's Services Supervisor

The Franklin-Springboro Public Library is seeking a full-time Children's Services Supervisor.  Duties include public service (reference and reader's advisory in the children's department), collection development, planning and implementing children's programs, and working with local schools and community organizations.   

Qualifications:  MLS or equivalent experience.  Knowledge of OPLIN databases and Microsoft Office preferred.  Supervisory experience preferred.  Knowledge of children's and YA literature a must.  Must be flexible, organized and have good communication skills.  

Starting annual salary from $28,000, depending on qualifications and experience, plus benefits.
