                            This full day program will be broken into two
sessions.  The morning session, 9:30am, will be presented
by Mark speaking on charitable checking accounts and other topics.  The
afternoon speaker, 1PM, Larry Corbus , will guide the participants, step by
step through the entire process of levies and bond issues.  Larry has worked
with many Ohio libraries, and has a strong understanding of the topic. Larry
will share options, planning, and have a question
and answer period. Participants will learn why some issues pass and others
fail.  Join us at 9:00 for registration and coffee. 

 

                             When you register please include; Name,
Library, MVL Membership, AM and /or PM, and do you want Mark to order you a
box lunch.   Thank you.  We hope to you will join us for the day. You may
pay your MVL annual fee to Norma Petkus at the meeting.  Please pay Mark,
