[OPLINLIST] Charges for Copies

Paulding charges .15 for b&w and 1.00 for color. (As an aside, we charge .25
a day overdues... we raised fines a few years ago. This has enhanced our
revenue quite a bit and patrons do not even flinch.... thought I'd pass that
along since I have heard that many libraries are still charging .05 and .10
a day for overdues.)
